The Edge of Enough.
A bespoke coaching experience for those who are at their limit and ready to step back from the edge, replenish their energy and reclaim their life.
You’re at the edge of enough.
Enough stress. Enough overwhelm. Enough of running on empty while trying to keep everything together.
You’re juggling so many responsibilities and afraid to slow down for fear of everything coming crashing down. You’ve been pushing through, telling yourself that you can handle just a little bit more, until you’ve realise you’re standing at the edge of enough.
You’re absolutely done, nothing left to give and yet you still have to keep giving.
Lost in a sea of emotions and barely recognise the reactive, exhausted version of yourself that you have become. Snapping at you colleagues, family members and friends. This really wasn't the life you envisioned when you were building your career.
Struggling with your health, constantly fighting off colds and viruses, fuelling yourself on caffeine and sugar to keep performing while feeling exhausted from poor sleep. Maybe digestive issues are rumbling under the surface and draining your energy. Maybe you’re concerned about your alcohol use but just don't know how to do things differently.
You haven't got time for coaching, yet here you are, because deep down you know you're at the edge of enough.
Can you relate?
If, like most of the professionals I work with, you are standing at the edge of enough and booking holidays or wellness retreats hoping to find relief, this won't work in the long term.
As wonderful as it is to escape for a little while, real life awaits. When you don't know exactly how you got to this edge, the temporary relief fades and you find yourself right back where you started - or closer to the edge than before.
Standing at the edge of enough isn't solved by rest alone. It's solved by understanding how you got to this precipice. By uncovering the patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours that have driven you to this point of depletion.
I know this, because I have been there. I reached my own edge of enough in 2021 and have spent the last 4 years learning, training and healing to step back from that edge.
There is another way.
I feel deeply passionate about supporting professionals to recognise when they're approaching their edge of enough and to make sustainable changes that create space, energy and meaning in their lives.
I'd love to help you step back from the edge too.
"The edge of enough is where transformation begins."
Recognising your edge.
Standing at the edge of enough looks different for everyone, but the feelings are remarkably similar.
It's when professional and personal demands exceed your capacity to meet them sustainably. When the gap between what's expected and what you can reasonably give becomes a chasm. When you've been saying "yes" to everything except your own wellbeing.
The edge of enough isn't just about work overload - it's about unmet needs, blurred boundaries, and the constant pressure to do more, be more, achieve more.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), burnout is a syndrome resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. But I call it the edge of enough.

“I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time”
The Edge Becomes Your Normal When you've been at the edge of enough for too long, you start to believe this is just how life is. You become disconnected from your relationships, your purpose, and ultimately yourself.
This triggers feelings of shame, guilt and resentment which can keep you balanced precariously on this edge, afraid to step back but unable to step forward.
