I offer 1:1 stress resilience coaching and mentoring aimed at reducing stress and preventing burnout. My area of speciality is in the development of healthier coping mechanisms to reduce reliance on alcohol and/or food.
My approach and philosophy
Often the root causes of stress and burnout are much deeper than a busy job or hectic home life so as an integrative health practitioner my approach is focused on holistic health. I take a whole body approach so that my coaching can go beyond surface level solutions that just address symptoms.
My approach integrates foundations of my training in health and nutrition, coaching and therapeutic modalities with elements of eastern wisdom. Together we explore energy imbalances in the body and mind to empower you to replenish, reclaim and restore natural energy levels.
My philosophy is based on building self compassion, mindfulness and emotional intelligence. These I believe, are the cornerstones of resilience.
My unique Stress Spectrum™ methodology is a fusion of integrative health and nutrition, psychology, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, holistic nutritional science and is informed by both my coaching experience and my professional development.
