As a UKIHCA registered Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach I take a whole health approach that recognises the interconnectedness of your physical, mental, emotional, social, and environmental wellbeing. This evidence-based methodology focuses on preventing, managing, and potentially reversing lifestyle related conditions through sustainable change.
Health coaching is not about diagnosing conditions or prescribing treatments, it's about empowering you to become the architect of your own health. My nutrition coaching takes an individualised, evidence-based approach that considers not just what you eat, but why you eat, how you eat, and the multiple factors influencing your relationship with food.
Rather than prescribing rigid meal plans or eliminating entire food groups, we'll explore how nutrition can work for your unique body, lifestyle, and goals. This includes understanding how stress, sleep, emotions, and environment all impact your eating patterns and nutritional needs.

1 x 90 minute exploratory session (all other sessions at 60 minutes)
I will care deeply about you and our work together. My support is high touch and completely tailored to where you are and where you want to go.
Investment Pay in full - 3 sessions £375, 6 sessions £750, 9 sessions £1,125 or 12 sessions £1,500 (monthly payment plans available)
Support between sessions I offer hybrid coaching, combining structured one to one sessions with voice note support. You'll have access to me during coaching hours on email or WhatsApp, where you can request support, reflect on challenges, celebrate successes and share insights. Resources After each session, I'll provide you with carefully selected resources - exercises, worksheets, frameworks, book recommendations, podcasts, or journaling prompts -all chosen specifically for you to support your changes.
