The Stress Anchor is an innovative, transformational voice note coaching support which meets you exactly where you are - stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, and approaching burnout - and provides the expert guidance you need without adding another scheduled commitment to stress about.

This isn’t traditional coaching that adds another burden to your overwhelming schedule. When you’re already giving everything to others, you need support that adapts to your reality.
You get gentle accountability that honours where you actually are with intentional feedback, thoughtful questions and reflections that create space for deeper insights. You also get access to tools to rebuild your frazzled nervous system.

I'll also share information (where appropriate) about the nervous system, eating psychology and alcohol free living.
A 60 minute Zoom call
We’ll meet for a conversation to discuss your challenges and how I can support you.
A calm, reassuring presence for 3+ months
My Mind Body Energy approach goes beyond surface level solutions - together we explore the root causes of stress - physical, mental and emotional. Changing the thoughts, feelings and behaviours which drive chronic stress takes time. This is a commitment to embed new ways of being which are sustainable and supportive of your energy.
A collaboration
This is a supportive and empowering partnership. A non-judgemental compassionate, safe space to explore your challenges. I will be there offering professional support as you navigate your season of stress.
Self directed
This approach is designed to empower you to fully participate in your transformation. The journey is yours to take, I will alongside you and provide expert support and guidance but the change comes from inside of you. It comes from you taking action, from taking responsibility and accountability for the change.
The prompts, feedback, reflective exercises and resources aim to create a self directed learning environment. Providing deeper self awareness and equipping you to navigate future challenges independently and with confidence.
The investment
£100 per month (minimum of 3 month agreement)
What is isn’t
Therapy or crisis support
Although I use therapeutic modalities in my coaching this isn’t therapy or crisis support. It’s a supportive partnership which is designed to restore your energy, explore and resolve root causes of stress and move you to a place of sustainable energy and calm.
24/7 support
You are free to message me at anytime, I will however only respond during my specified coaching hours.
My role as a coach is to model the behaviours which are supportive of sustained energy and burnout prevention, one of those is to lhold boundaries. A lack of boundaries and being driven by people pleasing behaviours is a cause of burnout, so we will explore these during our time together.
Structured and scheduled
If you need more of a structured coaching approach then you need my Edge of Enough 3 or 6 month coaching programme.
The Stress Anchor is a continuous level of support which is responsive to you and your needs. We start with replenishing your energy and from there the direction is yours to choose.
