Change is not sustainable without addressing the root causes. The signs of burnout aren't always obvious when you've been feeling this way for months or years. You know you need support, but finding time and energy feels impossible, so you keep pushing through ignoring the whispers from your body until they become so loud you are forced to stop.

Process your stress - voicing out a situation, a challenge or an issue in the moment captures the essence of it and actually helps to process the stress. My Mind Body Energy approach goes beyond surface level solutions - together we explore the root causes of stress - physical, mental and emotional. Changing the thoughts, feelings and behaviours which drive stress takes time. This is a commitment to embed new ways of being which are sustainable and supportive of your energy.
Build your stress toolkit
I'll regularly share tools and practices which help to manage stress. Nutritional advice to support your body and brain to recover from chronic stress. I'll also share information (where appropriate) about the nervous system, eating psychology, alcohol free living.

This is a a supportive and empowering partnership. A non-judgemental, compassionate, safe space to explore your challenges.
The free flowing conversation is responsive to your needs and is designed to capture challenges, insights and reflections in the moment.

Not therapy
This isn't therapy or crisis support, it's a supportive partnership which is designed to restore your energy and move you forward.
Boundaries
Although you are free to message me at anytime I will only respond during my specified coaching hours.
My role as a coach is to model the behaviours which are supportive of sustained energy and burnout prevention, one of those is to lovingly hold boundaries. A lack of boundaries and being driven by people pleasing behaviours is a cause of burnout, so we will explore these during our time together.
The journey is yours to take
I'm not here to 'fix' everything for you, I'm here to empower you to access your inner resources and build your confidence.
It is designed to empower you to fully participate in your transformation. The journey is yours to take, I will walk alongside you and provide expert support and guidance, but change comes from inside of you. It comes from you taking action, from taking responsibility and accountability for the change.
My 12 week coaching programme is more of a structured coaching experience, this is a high touch ‘in the moment’ support. We start with replenishing your energy and from there the direction is yours to chose. This support package will of course naturally lead into more comprehensive coaching support if you would like more face to face support.
After two decades as a Leader within Education and Corporate organisations I now support professionals to break free from stress, overwhelm and burnout by building physical, mental and emotional resilience.
I support individuals to identify the sources of their stress and make sustainable mindset and behavioural changes to create a calmer, more balanced work-life experience without sacrificing their own wellbeing.
